We are not reliant on any outside business in the manufacturing of our products, we have everything from a turning and milling shop , our own polyurethane plant including ovens and hot tables through to powder coating the finished product.We are truly self-sufficient.

We have the only bespoke Polyurethane metering machine which enables the ability to consistently process a wide range of Hot Cast Polyurethane Elastomers, ranging from 60 to 97 Shore A hardness, fitted with high capacity chemical tanks to enable both low & high volume production.
