When rubber products are molding, the cohesion cannot be eliminated after being pressed under great pressure. When molding and off-die, extremely unstable contraction is often generated, and it must take a period of time before it can be stabilized slowly. Therefore, at the beginning of the design of rubber products, no matter the formula or the mould, it is necessary to calculate carefully, otherwise, it is easy to cause the unstable size and low quality of the products.
Rubber is a thermal soluble thermosetting elastomer. Due to the different types and subjects of sulfides, the temperature range of molding and curing of rubber also has a big difference, even affected by climate and indoor temperature and humidity. Therefore, when producing rubber products, appropriate adjustments should be made at any time, otherwise, there may be quality differences.
Production and molding of rubber products are molded by rubber flat vulcanizer. After the product is formed, it will be handled with flying edge to make the surface of the product smooth without burrs.
The aging test of rubber products belongs to the category of aging test. Rubber aging refers to the change of performance structure caused by the comprehensive effect of internal and external factors during the process of processing, storage and use of rubber and products, and then the phenomenon of losing the use value. It is manifested as cracking, sticky, hardening, softening, pulverizing, discoloration and so on.
